Our client is a growing Financial Advisory firm located in Naples, Florida. They are currently seeking to hire a bookkeeper who is Quickbooks certified to join their growing team.

Skills:

  • Bookkeeping and bill pay experience
  • Quickbooks certified
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Project oriented
  • Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills
  • Banking or Financial experience a plus


Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years bookkeeping experience
  • Deep working knowledge of Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency in Datafaction Software preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills (ability to speak directly with clients)
  • Active learner
  • Ability to work well with a team as well as operate independently
  • Strong organizations skills, follow-up, proactive, etc...
  • Self motivated
  • Strong work ethic

Education:
Bachelors degree required
